What Measures We're Taking to Prevent the Spread of COVID-19

In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, Joe's Auto & Tire is taking extra safety precautions to protect our customers and employees. Here are a few of the ways we’re working hard to keep everyone safe and healthy.

SANITIZING SURFACES

We're taking preventative measures to reduce the risk of the virus spreading. At all locations, we’re regularly cleaning and disinfecting high-traffic areas and high-touch surfaces. This includes counters, doorknobs, and pens. In addition to our ongoing cleaning efforts in-store, we thoroughly sanitize each vehicle we service. This includes your steering wheel, the push-button ignition, door handles, seat belt, infotainment system, shifter knob, and other high-touch areas.

HAND-WASHING PRACTICES

Our staff regularly wash their hands and we encourage our customers to wash their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. It's a good idea to wash your hands or use hand sanitizer after touching objects that have been touched by others, blowing your nose, sneezing, or leaving a public place. We have alcohol-based hand sanitizer available at our shops, as well as traditional restrooms.

Frequent hand-washing helps prevent the spread of COVID-19. We require every member of our team to properly wash their hands after performing any action that could transmit the virus.

LIMITING PERSON-TO-PERSON CONTACT

During this time, we're limiting person-to-person contact for your safety and the safety of our staff. In the event any of our employees feel sick, they’ll recover at home to avoid spreading germs. As part of our commitment to our community and its health, we endeavor to do everything we can to reduce the risk of spreading the illness to anyone who visits our shops and our hardworking team.

If you need an automotive service, you can contact us in a few ways. Before visiting, give your nearest location a call to take care of the details. You can also use our website to schedule a service appointment online.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Stay safe!
