My tires were mounted & balanced perfectly, On the other hand they put 47 pounds of air in 3 tires the fourth tire had 55 pounds of air and the spare had 60 pounds of air, WHY ? 32 pounds for all my tires, It's stamped in the driver's door

The tires you brought in are not the manufacturer’s recommended load-rated tires for your vehicle. To safely meet Toyota’s required load carrying capacity with the tires you selected, our team followed industry-standard inflation guidelines—which do require higher pressure than what’s listed on the driver’s door decal. That decal reflects the recommended pressure only when the original size and load-rated tires are used. Our top priority is always your safety and the safety of everyone on the road. These guys really helped me out. Had a flat tire in the evening after they were closed. Limped it into there parking lot that night, called them the next day and even though they were swamped they said if it could be fixed they would get it done that day. We were heading home that day (1 hour and 40 minutes away) on a fixed tire.

Up until my last visit, I didn’t mind this business. They were fair and efficient. Never quite 5 stars but reliable. Unfortunately, that last visit will be my final one, and here’s why: I saw an oil change special advertised for $39.95 with no visible disclaimer about restrictions. I figured it was a good time to stop in. After checking in and waiting for 30 minutes, I was informed the price would not be $39.95, but a different amount. To avoid conflict, I went along with it but had this been communicated upfront, I likely would have declined and gone to Toyota instead, where I could’ve paid the same price for a service from the manufacturer. That said, I do appreciate that the technician noticed my right front drive axle was leaking and that the front stabilizers were loose (issues I was already aware of). However, what concerns me most is that he missed a major problem: my head gaskets have been leaking for some time. My coolant level has been consistently low and draining slowly, and missing something this critical during an inspection is unacceptable. Fortunately, I have a warranty, and Toyota is now addressing all the issues at no cost. I won’t be returning, mainly due to the pricing bait-and-switch and the failure to catch a serious engine issue. As for the service team: Jon was okay as a service advisor. The other gentleman, however, clearly lacks people skills. A smile goes a long way. Customers can tell when you're checked out or simply not interested in being there (he was like this the last time I was there). For those reading this, cheaper isn't always better. Had I not known about my issues and gone without addressing the head-gasket leak that's only recently arose, I would have been in a much worse position this summer by likely overheating my engine and risk warping my block/head (which is not covered by my warranty). In sum pay for quality service, not reduced deals to save a few bucks. It could end up costing you several thousand or more.

Like nearly all industry-standard coupons, our offers include disclaimers for synthetic oil, specialty filters, applicable fees, etc. These details are routinely reviewed with customers before service begins. That said, if communication was missed during your visit, we sincerely apologize. We’re reviewing our process to ensure pricing is always addressed clearly—no matter how the offer is received. As for the inspection, identifying a head gasket leak—especially one that’s internal—goes well beyond the scope of a free routine courtesy inspection. These types of issues often require a higher level of diagnostics and don’t always present visible symptoms. Had you mentioned the ongoing coolant loss or asked us to investigate it, we would’ve absolutely looked into it—and potentially saved you that trip to the dealer, as we do honor dealership warranties. If the issue was visible and we missed it, we sincerely apologize. We also appreciate your comments about our team and take all feedback seriously. Everyone has their own communication style, but we want every customer to feel welcomed and respected. Your feedback is being addressed internally. While we understand your frustration, we respectfully disagree with the idea that a value‑priced promotion means lower quality. We back every repair with a nationwide 3‑year/36,000‑mile warranty, and our technicians follow the same industry standards you’d expect at a dealership. The special simply makes routine maintenance more affordable—it doesn’t change our workmanship. Quality and customer trust are what have kept us in business for over 25 years. We tried to reach out by phone and left a voicemail in hopes of making things right.
