I came here because of the overwhelming positive reviews. I have visited the shop and utilize services twice, and every time I am being up sold on changes that clearly do not need to happen. For example, I was told that although the tread on my tire was fine, the sidewalls were “about to rupture” due to cracking. I took my car to Costco, and the employees told me that this cracking was purely cosmetic and that they would not recommend me buying any new tires. There are plenty more examples of where they recommended a service and either it was either unnecessary or premature. They are friendly and have good customer service, but now I question their mechanical acumen.
Efren, we are unsure who you are or what vehicle you are referencing. We have not only searched our database at both stores but I asked every service advisor if they know anything about this and no one does. If we do an inspection or find problems with a customers vehicle we capture digital images and provide these to the customer. You may be mistaking this business with another or maybe someone else had a car into us that you’re referencing.
