An amazing experience. Highly responsive to people from out of state with a broken down car and wondering if we’re even going to make it to Rochester let alone make it back home. The team did an outstanding job analyzing what it took to get the car back up and running without making it a multi thousand dollar job and we made it home safely. They were very polite, considerate, and gave us a ride back to the hotel and back to the repair facility again. An amazing experience for people who are from out of town and wonder what the outcome is going to be. They did an amazing job and we got home safely.

Joe's is the best shop in town for tires, all suspension issues, oil changes, etc. I am a retired aircraft mechanic and will not let anybody else touch my vehicles.

Was able to set up an appointment for the very next day. Arrived for my appointment, & was greeted welcomingly. My car was promptly pulled in, requested services were preformed quickly, & professionally, & as quoted. So I am a satisfied customer! Once, this was considered to be the standard, but today is getting harder to find!
