Joe - Owner & President/Certified ASE Master Technician

Raised in Rochester, Joe embarked on his aspirations by delving into the automotive world at the age of 16, working part-time as a mechanic. He achieved the distinction of being an ASE Master certified Automotive Technician, garnered a nomination for the prestigious 2006 ASE tech of the year award, and holds the esteemed title of a former student at the Automotive Training Institute. Additionally, he actively contributes as a member of the Automotive National Advisory Council. Joe's commitment to continuous learning is evident through his dedication to countless hours of automotive training and active involvement in the industry for over three decades, ensuring he remains knowledgeable of the advancements in today's automobiles.

Jayson - General Manager of Joe’s Auto/Owner

Jayson, who is Joe's brother and serves as a Master Service Advisor and Customer Relations Specialist at Joe's Auto & Tire, is renowned for his expertise in customer service. He has been an invaluable member of the team since the company's inception in 2000. Jayson's mastery in this field originates from his outstanding performance during his Service Writer's Training at the prestigious Automotive Technical Institute in Baltimore, MD.

Matt - Store Manager & Wholesale Tire Manager

Matt attended school at Mankato State University for Business management. Matt has also attended multiple tire training courses and is a Pro-Certified Tire Specialist here at Joe’s Auto and Tire. Matt has been a part of the Joe’s Auto and Tire family for over 10 years. Matt’s goal at Joe’s is to make sure our customer needs are met the first time, every-time.

Zach - Service Advisor

Before joining the Joe’s Auto and Tire team a year ago, Zach managed a tire center for over 5 years. He is Master Certified with Bridgestone and Firestone. He has also taken Tire Industry Association training in Chicago. Zach is always eager to help his customers and strives to go above and beyond keeping them satisfied. Zach says some of the best things about his job is that he is constantly learning something new, and he enjoys seeing new and repeat customers!

Tim Domaille - Service Advisor

Tim has over 40 years of experience in the automotive field, and over 17 years as a service manager. Tim also has a degree from RCTC, 20 years of mechanic experience, and was a ASE Master Technician. Tim likes to fish and hunt in his free time. He is also a coach for the Kasson-Mantorville high school fishing team.

Mike - ASE Certified Technician

Mike has over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry and is looking forward to continuing to expand his knowledge with the Joe's Auto and Tire team. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time outdoors on his motorcycles and snowmobiles.

Jeff - ASE Certified Technician

Jeff is a graduate of Rochester Community and Technical Colleges Automotive Technology Program. Jeff has a technician’s degree in automotive repair, and he is also ASE certified. Jeff specializes in front ends, brakes, suspension, and engines. Jeff has been involved in the automotive industry for over 25 years and will continue his career here with us at Joe’s Auto and Tire!

Chris - ASE Certified Mechanic

Chris is an ASE certified mechanic who has over 30 years working experience. He has been part of the Joe's Auto and Tire team for over 6 years. He enjoys working with his hands and he takes pride in the process of diagnosing and repairing customer vehicles. Chris is excited to further his automotive career and build lasting relationships at Joe's Auto and Tire!

Nick - ASE Certified Technician

Nick is an ASE certified technician and have over 15 years of experience. He also graduated from Alexandria Technical College with a diploma in Diesel Mechanics Some of the certifications Nick holds include (but are not limited to) engine repair/performance, brakes, steering, and suspension. He values his work and takes pride in customer satisfaction. We are happy to have Nick on our Joe’s Auto and Tire team!

Trevor - Warehouse Manager & Tow Truck Driver

Trevor, like everyone else, works hard at Joe’s Auto and Tire. He is always on the go-delivering tires to customers, and he helps when customers need shuttle service. He also manages warehouse inventory. He is always eager to help whenever need be. When Trevor is not at work, he enjoys spending time at his camper.

Ryan – Service Advisor

Ryan has 30+ years of experience in the automotive industry. He enjoys helping people decide what to fix on their vehicles to make sure they are getting the most out of them. Outside of work Ryan likes trap shooting, golfing, and spending time with his family.

Nelson – ASE Certified Technician

Nelson attended South East Technical College in Winona for automotive repair. He loves spending time fixing vehicles both at work and in his free time. Nelson's experience and education make him a great addition to the Joe's Auto and Tire team. When Nelson is not working, he enjoys running, playing soccer, and bike riding.

Zack - ASE Certified Technician

Zack grew up helping his dad work on vehicles. He has been working alongside his dad for over 12 years. He decided to make being a technician his career and has over 10 years of professional experience. We are happy to have Zack at Joe’s Auto and Tire as he is passionate about his job and motivated to exceed customer’s expectations. When Zack isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his family.

Zac - ASE Certified Technician

Zac has been working in the automotive industry for over 5 years. He enjoys the new experiences and challenges that the automotive industry brings. In his free time he enjoys working on project cars, being on the river, and spending time with his friends.
