Joe - Owner & President/Certified ASE Master Technician

Raised in Rochester, Joe began his journey into the automotive industry at just 16, working part-time as a mechanic. Over the years, he achieved the prestigious ASE Master Certified Automotive Technician designation, a certification he has continuously maintained through ongoing testing to stay current with industry standards. In 2006, Joe was nominated for the prestigious ASE Technician of the Year Award, highlighting his dedication to excellence.

As a former student of the Automotive Training Institute, Joe’s leadership elevated his shop to the top 12 in performance rankings. He continues to shape the industry through his involvement with the Automotive National Advisory Council and his active roles on National Automotive and Bridgestone Firestone Advisory Committees.

With more than three decades of experience and an unwavering commitment to continuous learning, Joe ensures he remains at the forefront of advancements in automotive technology, delivering unparalleled expertise and service in an ever-evolving field.

Jayson - General Manager & Co-Owner

Jayson, Joe's brother and a Co-Owner of Joe's Auto & Tire, serves as the General Manager, Master Service Advisor, and Customer Relations Specialist. Renowned for his exceptional customer service skills, Jayson has been an integral part of the team since the company's founding in 2000. His expertise is rooted in his outstanding achievements during Service Writer Training at the prestigious Automotive Technical Institute in Baltimore, MD.

Matt - Logistics & Account Manager

Matt brings a strong foundation in business management from his studies at Mankato State University. A Pro-Certified Tire Specialist, he has completed numerous tire training courses, enhancing his expertise in the field. As a valued member of the Joe’s Auto & Tire family for over 10 years, Matt is dedicated to ensuring customer needs are met accurately and efficiently the first time, every time.

Zach - Service Advisor

Before joining the Joe’s Auto & Tire team a year ago, Zach brought over 5 years of experience managing a tire center. He is Master Certified with Bridgestone and Firestone and has completed Tire Industry Association training in Chicago. Zach is dedicated to going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. He values the opportunity to continually learn new things and enjoys building relationships with both new and returning customers.

Tim - Service Advisor

With over 40 years of experience in the automotive industry, including 17 years as a Service Manager, Tim brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Joe’s Auto & Tire team. He holds a degree from RCTC, has 20 years of hands-on mechanic experience, and is a former ASE Master Technician.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys fishing and hunting and shares his passion for the outdoors as a coach for the Kasson-Mantorville High School fishing team.

Brad - Area Sales Manager

Brad enjoys working in the automotive and tire industry because he loves helping people and keeping them safe on the road. He brings high energy, dedication, and a strong desire to succeed to the team. Outside of work, Brad spends his time playing softball, hockey, and enjoying quality moments with his family.

Nick - ASE Master Technician

Nick is an ASE-Master Technician with over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. A graduate of Alexandria Technical College with a diploma in Diesel Mechanics, Nick holds certifications in areas such as engine repair and performance, brakes, steering, and suspension. He takes great pride in his work and is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. We are thrilled to have Nick as part of the Joe’s Auto & Tire team!

Marshall - ASE Master Technician

Marshall brings a deep well of expertise and professionalism to Joe’s Auto & Tire. As an ASE Master Technician, he’s met the highest industry standards. Marshall combines this technical mastery with a reputation for reliability, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer-focused service.

Mike - ASE Certified Technician

With over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, Mike is excited to continue expanding his expertise as part of the Joe’s Auto & Tire team. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, whether riding his motorcycles or exploring on his snowmobiles.

Jeff - ASE Certified Technician

Jeff is a graduate of Rochester Community and Technical College’s Automotive Technology Program, where he earned his technician’s degree in automotive repair. An ASE-certified professional, Jeff specializes in front-end work, brakes, suspension, and engines. With over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, Jeff brings exceptional expertise to Joe’s Auto & Tire and is proud to continue his career with us.

Dan - ASE Certified Technician

With over 15 years of experience, Dan grew up in the automotive industry, making it an integral part of his life. He brings a strong work ethic and reliability to the team, ensuring top-notch service for every customer. Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his family, going on motorcycle rides, watching football, and cooking.

Chris - ASE Certified Technician

Chris is an ASE-certified mechanic with over 35 years of hands-on experience in the automotive industry. A valued member of the Joe’s Auto & Tire team for more than 10 years, Chris takes pride in diagnosing and repairing customer vehicles with precision and care. He enjoys working with his hands and is passionate about furthering his automotive career while building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.

Josef - ASE Master Technician

Josef brings more than eight years of hands-on automotive expertise to Joe’s Auto & Tire. He’s ASE-certified and grounded in physics studies at the University of Minnesota Morris. Josef thrives on problem-solving—taking non-running cars and making them reliable again—and prides himself on clear, customer-focused communication that keeps our service writers and customers in the loop. With a positive, can-do attitude, he’s as dependable under the hood as he is behind the counter.

When he isn’t in the shop, you’ll find Josef playing in local bands, listening to live music, or enjoying the outdoors—camping, kayaking—and unwinding with video games. His well-rounded interests and upbeat spirit make him a valued teammate on and off the clock.

Trevor - Warehouse Manager, Delivery & Tow Truck Driver

Trevor is a hardworking and versatile member of the Joe’s Auto & Tire team. Whether delivering tires to customers, providing shuttle service, or managing warehouse inventory, Trevor is always on the go and ready to help wherever needed.

Outside of work, Trevor enjoys unwinding and spending time at his camper. His dedication and positive attitude make him an invaluable part of the team.

Jon – Store Manager

With over 20 years of experience, Jon is an ASE-certified store manager who graduated from Western Technical College. He enjoys helping and educating customers about their vehicles, appreciating how the automotive industry constantly evolves and adapts. Jon brings extensive experience and knowledge to help customers make well-informed decisions about their vehicle repairs. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, boating, golfing, and spending quality time with his family.

Nelson – ASE Certified Technician

Nelson attended Southeast Technical College in Winona, where he studied automotive repair. His passion for fixing vehicles extends beyond work, as he enjoys honing his skills in his free time. Nelson’s education and hands-on experience make him a valuable addition to the Joe’s Auto & Tire team.

When he’s not working, Nelson stays active by running, playing soccer, and bike riding. His dedication to his craft and his energetic spirit make him a key member of our team.

Blaine - ASE Certified Technician

With over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, Zac thrives on the new experiences and challenges his work brings every day. His passion for the industry extends into his free time, where he enjoys working on project cars, spending time on the river, and hanging out with friends.
