My go to mechanics. Honest, fair, reliable! They always go above and beyond and have honest advice. I have been going here for a couple years and my vehicles have never had huge issues as they stay on top of it all at my routine oil changes. I trust their opinion and never have to think about getting a second opinion. Night and day difference between these mechanics and my old ones. Best decision I made choosing Joe's on 6th!

My tires were wearing funny so I stopped at Joe’s to get an alignment. They got me in, got the truck on to the rack, set up the alignment machine and low and behold, the alignment was fine. I purchased the tires elsewhere and they’re a cheaper brand with a softer rubber compound. They DIDN’T charge me ANYTHING even though they had a half hr’s work into it! I offered to pay them something for their time at least and they still declined to accept any money. These folks don’t want to rip you off and are very honest. I will be back to buy new tires and support them.

Johns was amazing at Joe’s. I came from out of town with daughter’s car when it died. The shop was super busy & he found time to check it out the same day in case I needed to find other arrangements to get home. He was pleasant & helpful. Highly recommend. Hard to find great customer service & he was top notch.

The honesty and integrity of Joe’s and the shop manager Stephan surpassed anything I have experienced as a vehicle owner in over 40 yrs. The detailed inspection with pictures of issues found provided was excellent. Stephan was very patient and happy to answer my questions and explain things I didn’t understand. The 24 month/24,000 mile warranty on most new parts and labor is exceptional. With the new off road/on road tires and work they did recently my 20 yr old Jeep has never been is such fantastic shape in the 7 yrs I have had it!! Honesty, integrity and dedication to doing quality work they stand behind fully. That has been my experience with Joe’s. Thank you, gentlemen!

One of the best places I have ever taken my car for service. The timeline, the cost, how informative and forthcoming the technicians were was some of the best service I have ever received. My primary technician was Zach and he was very professional and knowledgeable. I am not local to Rochester, was in town temporarily for work and they made sure to inform me of problems that were not immediately crucial to fix. They didn't force me to pay for useless fixes and explained their answers to my questions. All around 10/10.

I just moved to Rochester. I needed tires, new brakes and a wheel alignment. A coworker recommended Joe’s. I went into Joe’s talk to Matt scheduled an appointment picked out the tires and brakes. My appointment went smoothly. I’ve driven on the tires for 10 days. The tires ride great the brakes are awesome. The alignment was spot on and the balancing of the tires is great. I highly recommend Joe’s.

My experience at Joe's was awesome! Went in to inquire about getting 4 new tires put on my car on Monday and they got my car in the next morning! The mechanic found that I had a locked brake in the back and they fixed that too, all same day! Ryan helped me through the whole process and was down to earth and knowledgeable. I also didn't get pressured to have them fix anything on my car that came up with issues on their inspection. I will definitely be back in the future and will recommend Joe's to others. Thank you to everyone there!

I first went to Joe's in January for an oil change and transmission flush. Fast and efficient and during the inspection my rear brake pads were showing a lot of wear. I asked if I could wait a month and was told yes, and scheduled the brake job for the next month. I was given a great explanation, by Ryan, and an estimate of what they would cost. When I came to the shop, they were ready for me and the job was completed very quickly. I was told that the front brakes could wait a little longer, so I returned two months later and had them replaced. Again, I felt things were explained, the mechanics were thorough and the job was done in the expected amount of time. I like the feel of a small shop and the time they took to explain things . I am very satisfied with Joe's Auto and Tire in Winona.

I went to Joe's Tire and Auto for assistance about my two front tire replacement and what kind of tires my car needed. Despite having a very limited inventory of tires to choose from, one of the employees went out in the 40 mph winds and cold to measure how much tread was left on the front tires. He was very frank with me about the issue and the time I had left before driving in risky situations.

This is my third time use Joe’s auto for car repair. The service is very good and fast. We also choose to change the tire here because the price is fair and service is good. I have taken my vehicles to Joe's Auto for years. They always get my vehicle fixed in a timely matter and for a reasonable price. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They even provide shuttle service to my work and pick me up when the vehicle is ready. My wife brings the vehicle in occasionally and always comments on how nice they are and how clean the shop is. Keep up the great work guys!

My son and I were at the Mayo Clinic for 5 days and on the last day of a very stressful trip it got extremely frigid and my van would not start. I called AAA and they sent someone to jump us but it did not work. We had to have the van towed to Joe's to see what was going on. With my son being immunocompromised, I didn't want to have to ride with the towers to get to Joe's to discuss next steps so I called to explain my situation. We were in a difficult spot as we had to get out of our Air BNB rental and were without a safe place to stay that evening without a vehicle and a -18 degree day. Not only did Joe's fix my van within a couple of hours, one of their employees drove across the city to come pick us up to save my son more trauma. He picked us up, drove us to the shop and my son and I were able to hit the road. Great service, great people and fast service when I REALLY NEEDED IT. Thank you.

Joe’s Auto is my go-to place in town for oil changes and general maintenance. Each summer I take a long road trip and have Joe’s look things over on my car and have not been disappointed. Stefan and his team provide excellent customer service and thorough reports of your car without pushing anything extra. They get the job done well and are happy to provide insight if you’d like to do the job yourself. I’m happy Winona has Joe’s Auto around!

Complete satisfaction with the work done for me. Good explanations provided for what work needed to be done. No pressure to have more things done on the car than was needed. My car was showing a "service engine" light , problem was found and now I feel more power and a smoother ride . Great job done, very satisfied.

Since moving to Rochester I have made the decision to take my vehicles to Joe's. Their honesty in telling you what needs to be done and what can wait is much appreciated. I had a truck and car and decided to sell the truck. Matt printed out a sheet that showed the repairs and maintenance that had been completed over the years. The place I took the truck for a cash buy out was impressed with that and I think it helped me get a better offer.
