If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. They have always put our needs and schedule first and they're always looking to help YOU rather than helping the company. They continually impress us and we will continue to take our vehicles there because of it.

I’ve been taking my car here for at least a year and a half and have had wonderful experiences. Prices are reasonable, and service is very friendly, helpful, patient and cooperative. I’ve had oil changes, new tires, tire repair, and other services done on my car, and have had very positive experiences throughout all of it.

Joe's Auto and Tire recently did a lot of overdue maintenance plus new tires on for our new to us older F150. Excellent communication with Stefan at the counter who explained all that was recommended to do on the truck. Got some advice too from the mechanic Blaine who worked on the truck which we really appreciated. Really liked the clear printout evaluation that said clearly what was ok, what needed attention, and what needed immediate attention. All gone over in detail. No pressure tactics. Prices fair, much better than the Ford dealership. Have a shuttle to get you where you need to go and then for pickup if needed, thanks Charlie. Liked the email communication stating their core values and wanting to make sure we were satisfied. Both my husband and I were treated well. They work on most automobiles, so we will be bringing our Honda there for maintenance too. We have already recommended them to others. We are glad to have found them.

Thanks to the guys at Joe's my 2003 Monte now drives like it's brand new! Ryan, at the service counter, got me a great deal on upgraded tires and had the guys check a few other concerns I had. Never has my car rode so smooth! I will definitely be back and I highly recommend them! ☆☆☆☆☆

I had a bunch of suspension parts replaced at another garage, and the car felt wobbly and unpredictable to drive. Joe's Auto fixed up the wildly out of whack alignment, but also corrected problems with wheel bearings and a non-manufacturer bolt that had incorrectly been installed and partly stripped at some point in the car's history. The best part is that they worked with my schedule to get the work done and get me quickly back on my way. Very pleased! Would be happy to do business with again!

Great deal for tire repair, great service, and very fast.

I had an oil change done, and when I got my car back the tires were low, and that didn't appear anywhere in my service report. Despite my initial disappointment, Stefan called and apologized for the mechanic's oversight. He assured me the oversight was addressed with the mechanic directly, and my experience was not representative of their typical service. He offered a credit to be used for a future service, which I appreciated. I am happy with the follow-up customer service, and will give them another try in the future.
