Joe's Auto & Tire provided service efficiently and professionally. They answered questions, changed oil while I had a relative in the hospital, checked my tires and found the correct wiper blades. I'll be back when I need service.

The general thinking seems to be "Never trust an auto mechanic.". Joe's shots all kind of holes in this statement. Over the years I've used them, never once have they tried to upsell me on anything. I trust them implicitly to keep my car in tip-top condition with no unnecessary costs. And an added bonus? The employees are always friendly and courteous. On a 5-star rating scale, I'd give them a 6.
