A few weeks ago we were headed on a family trip to Indianapolis. We had recently put new tires on our van, but on the drive I realized that I hadn't brought it back in for the required safety check. We happened to be driving through Winona and I called Joe's in a panic. Kyle was extremely kind and helpful in getting us quickly taken care of so we would have peace of mind as we headed back out on the road with our family. He offered great customer service and I'd go back again in a heartbeat. Thanks!

I'm one of the pickiest people that I know of when it comes to customer service. Breana and Kyle in Winona have been absolutely great as well as their mechanics. Every single one of them are professional and friendly. My car was making a noise today and they looked at my car within minutes. I've been looking for a place to take my car ever since I moved to Winona in 2011. Joe's Auto in Winona now has my full service. I can promise you won't be disappointed!

Kyle the manager and Kyle the mechanic were great. We have a 96 pickup that needed some work and they figured out how to get the job done for the least price and longest lasting value. They really cared and are nice hard working guys.

Best shop in Rochester! The service and prices are excellent, all the mechanics are extremely honest (which is hard to find) and Charlie the service advisor goes out of his way to help you with any car concerns and problems you have. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Excellent Service!!!!

Charlie and Matt have been helping me out and taking care of my car since I moved to Rochester. They've been helpful and even educational while taking care of my van. They take care of the issue, give complementary checks to the vehicle and inform you on how you can manage it better. Excellent service. All of Rochester should be going to these guys.

I needed an oil change, serpentine belt replacement, new battery, etc, and Joe's was exceptional. I've gotten new tires here in the past and had a great experience and the same was true for today. Everything took a while to do and they went out of their way to help me make arrangements to get to an appointment while the work was being done (it took a little longer than we thought because my car needed more help). I plan to drive my car for as long as possible, and Joe's helps me feel confident that I'm taking the best care of it I can. They were also helpful in accommodating my very crazy schedule. Thanks!
