I first called Joe's Auto and tire back in September to have tires put on my daughter's car. I spoke with Tim who had answered the phone and found him to be very knowledgeable about vehicles. I was very pleased with the service on my daughter's vehicle so I then scheduled service for my own. I had a multitude of things done and I was very satisfied with the service I received. Joe's Auto and tire is a full service shop that is there to help the customer and is very flexible with their scheduling. Thank you for all you do I will be a repeat customer for life.

I had a severe tire puncture with my GMC Terrain, and needed to get back on the road in only a few hours. The staff sorted out a new tire solution, as well as solving an additional slow leaking tire that also needed to be addressed. I was on road in less than two hours. Amazing!

Ryan was thorough and informative. He explained all the issues with my daughter’s car. It is nice to know that this gs will be taken care of when your child has car issues at college.

At time of tire rotation, brakes were checked. Rear brakes needed replacement and technician and I reviewed brake replacement history. At 60,000 miles it was a good time to update with rotors and pads. Communication was clear and cost discussed. Very good and prompt service
