Last Wednesday evening while trailering 4 horses to Winona for a horse show, we discovered a significant maintenance issue. Thursday morning became very stressful in the attempt to find a shop willing to help before the weekend. Our call to Joe's Auto and Tire changed the course and challenges of our situation. Stefan and his team quickly assessed and went to work to repair multiple issues with our truck, Stefan's communication was outstanding, keeping us informed about the repairs, pricing and timelines. We could not have hoped for a better outcome. We were so impressed with Stephan and his team we will have our scheduled truck maintenance and repairs done each spring prior to setting out for the show season. Outstanding repair service, reasonable prices and first class customer service! Thank you!
