I had an oil change done, and when I got my car back the tires were low, and that didn't appear anywhere in my service report. Despite my initial disappointment, Stefan called and apologized for the mechanic's oversight. He assured me the oversight was addressed with the mechanic directly, and my experience was not representative of their typical service. He offered a credit to be used for a future service, which I appreciated. I am happy with the follow-up customer service, and will give them another try in the future.
