I was blown away by the quality of service at Joe's. I got a coupon in mail, so I decided to check out this shop when my car is due for oil change. I had concerns with the uneven idling of my engine; Kelly was very professional and patient in hearing all my concerns, and documenting that for the mechanicians. The most amazing thing about this place is that they provide a _very_ detailed report in email, with actual photos of my car parts, brief paragraphs explaining their functions, and if they need immediate attention. This is the first time I've seen a report like this. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate that report, as I was able to make very informed decisions, even though I am not in the know-hows of cars.

I had a problem from a third party but they started to help right away no questions asked. It was minor and it was on the house.

They were able to work in a tire fix on short notice. They provided a complimentary inspection and the repair was reasonable. Ryan was very helpful.

Have used Joe's for a few different things. Competitive price, fast service. Make the time to squeeze you in if they can. Guys are knowledgeable and answer questions you might have additional services you could get there in the future. No complaints here.

Good check up.friendly staff quick service..they look at everything. They let you know if there's going to be trouble in the near future. Leaving it up to you to decide what you want to do. We will be going back again.

Ryan was very helpful with my daughters car who's going to Winona State. showed me things i needed and things that could wait. He was very friendly and my daughter loves the tires. We will be using Joe"s again! Great staff!
