They took my car in right away at the end of the day, with no appt., and they fixed it the next day. Was leaving work and my car was so loud - it had no power steering fluid due to a hole in the pump (they even took a picture to show me) that was put in wrong by another shop in Faribault. Excellent service at Joe's! I will be back for oil changes and any repairs that can wait until I drive back into Rochester, as I live near Faribault. Thanks guys! A+

Had an issue with a price quote not matching the final total, but they were eager to clear up the problem and the work on the car was good. They also caught an error where the previous person to rotate the tires did so wrong and fixed it for me. Happy customer at the end of the day.

Visiting Rochester and found a slow leak in one tires. Called and they not only got me in but were so nice about it!
