I've been going to Joe's Auto and Tire for about six years. I've always had a great experience with their front people who are all very knowledgeable about vehicles and can simply explain options and solutions to any issues. The shop is very flexible with timing and always super courteous, special shout out to Zach at the front desk for always being super patient and answering ALL of my questions. Will continue to go there and recommend to others.

Decided to cut the cord with the dealership and their oil change "specials". After spending most of my life dealing hands on with the mechanic side of the automotive field in one way or another, ie; doing the work myself, I was tired of the screw ups and improper methods of doing a simple thing like a proper oil and filter change/tire rotation by some inexperienced person who just wanted to rush through it. Staff at Joes were thorough, informed, and knew what they were doing, and took the time to do it right. I've hung my wrenches up and will be going back to the guys I can trust with my vehicle. Bonus points for the neat, clean appearance of the business and the staff. Tim, Matt, and I forget the other fellers name, (sorry!) were pleasnt to work with. Pride in work and appearance shows and DOES make a difference. Mark Hrubetz

Car broke down on the way to work and luckily I was able to pull over right in front of Joe’s! They changed out my alternator and had my car ready the next day!! I will definitely be back as I was very satisfied.

After several recommendations from friends who are also customers, we called and brought in my car. It was correctly diagnosed, explained and extremely transparent with pictures and explanations of exactly what needed to be fixed and why it was important. They were very accommodating with my questions and explained, reexplained and completed all repairs in a timely manner.

Great experience with this shop. They towed and fixed my car, very thorough, very knowledgeable and helpful. Hands down best car maintenance experience. I felt like they cared and worked hard to get my car back on the road.

Joe’s is the only place we go now. They maintain our foreign and domestic cars and have always been honest and lower costing than any other shop. Tim is so easy to work with, I recommend them to everyone I know looking for vehicle maintenance or service!
