After an accident my car was picked up in Zumbrota by Joe's Auto and Tire and taken to Rochester to a body shop. The driver was very prompt, friendly, and courteous. He answered all my questions and assured me that the repair shop my car was going to had very competent employees and they would do an excellent job.

I've been going here for years for all my vehicles. The quotes are always competetive and the work is always terrific. I've never had a repair from Joe's Auto fail later down the line, which I can't say about other mechanics. Furthermore, Joe's always goes the extra mile to help mitigate as much repair cost as they can. For example, several years ago, I had to have a faulty valve replaced on a Subaru that was a few thousand miles past its warranty. Joe's Auto suggested I send the repair documentation to Subaru of America even though it was past warranty, and provided me everything I would need to show that the valve's failure was due to a defect. A few weeks later, Subaru of America mailed me a check for $1,800, the full value of the repair! It never would have occurred to me to do that had Joe's not suggested it. It's that kind of earnest helpfulness that keeps me coming back.
