I had my car fixed at a local dealership. They broke off a piece of my handle and glued it together. Safe to say it broke again and the handle dislodged. Went to Joes in a tizzy they fixed it right away and it was very affordable. Highly recommend

I am terrified of all things automotive. Everyone at Joe's was kind, patient, and willing to work with me. I had MULTIPLE car issues in a short period of time. They helped my family get safely back on the road and helped me navigate the mess financially as well. Will never go anywhere else.

Had my truck towed in unannounced because it died while I was driving to work. Even though the shop seemed very busy (lots of cars in the lot and in the shop) they were able to get my truck in and fixed the same day. I was also impressed with their inspections they sent to my phone and email. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone seemed knowledgeable and wasn't too pushy even though there were several items my truck needed addressing. Overall very impressed with Joe's and will be visiting again in the future!

At civic center Drive store,Joe sold me very reasonably priced tires patiently explained and showed them to me in warehouse and also other more expensive ones and why didn't advise them for my car. As they were out of stock he found a set elsewhere and installed next day. Work done at other Rochester store where Matt and Nicole very helpful. Car had been to dealer 2 mos before and told me brake pads need replacement soon. Matt said pads normal needed brake fluid replace which Dealer missed brakes now much better. Also old tire wear showed needed alignment dealer missed. I'll be going back to Joe next time. The Winona store cheerfully re-tourqued tires next day a cold busy Fri afternoon did it outside so no wait

We had the greatest service! They have great prices and Kelly was super honest about which tires would work best for our vehicle. It was also convinvent - they even drove our car from our house to the shop and back! 10/10 would totally recommend to anyone looking for new tires or auto service in general.
