Winona, Minnesota, was not supposed to be a part of our road trip from Michigan to Montana, but we have to say we are so glad it was. At 7:00am, we were shocked when we called Joe's tire about our wheel bearing going and the fact they answered that early and told us what roads to take to get us safely to their shop. They had our vehicle in their shop within 30 minutes, a text within 15 minutes with a video of the issue and saying it would be done within an hour. We were back on our road trip within two hours! That is high QUALITY service! We are so thankful for their help, kindness and speediness! The fixed the issue correctly because we made it 3200 miles with no issues. Shout out to the amazing beauty around Joe's as we took the most beautiful walk on their two lakes. Thank you!

I regularly use Joe’s Tire & Auto for basically anything my car needs. I recently had an oil change and a tire rotation done and everything was great. I especially love that with every service they provide a packet of information about your car with pictures and really back everything down so you understand what is going on with your car.
