I came in, limping on a spare. I was heading North and asked them if they had a new tire, and if they could put it on now!? Well, the answer was yes to both! I was so relieved! Not everybody would do that! My car was done in under 1/2 hour! Stephan (sp) helped me and was so courteous and understanding of my situation! Thank you Joe's Auto & Tire!

I have been using this location for not only new tires, but also servicing my Nissan. The quality of work for both of my requirements has been very high. My recent stop was just a rotation for the set of four tires that I purchased at Joe's about 2,400 miles ago. The quality and speed of the rotate, plus watching the disc brakes pads wear, has been excellent. This organization has been the FIRST to recommend returning for a check of the lug nut torque for each wheel. Today was one of those stops, and I did not need a appointment, just stopping in got it done.

Stephane had the staff went the extra mile for me. I had taken my vehicle to another shop and they did not fix the problem. Joe's handled the problem, helped me identify some other issues, and took care of everything. My vehicle is working great!
