Really great experience! Kyle, the manager, was working with the majority of the customers and he is very friendly, flexible, and knowledgeable. I only came in for an oil change, but when you do so, they also check your car for any other problems. They then create a report that shows everything great, good, okay, and bad with your car. The things that could or need to be fixed are filed in order of importance, have individual estimates of the cost to fix, and include pictures showing why the fixing is recommended. Kyle also did explain each individual thing to me in person. When I was finished up, he gave me a hard copy of the report he made as well as sent a pdf to my email, in case I lost my hard copy. I will definitely be going back to Joe's for future car maintenance because they are one of the only places here in Winona that I trust.

Had a flat on my snowblower halfway through my driveway, stopped into Joe's and they fixed my tire on the spot even though the shop was full. They were fast, courteous and very friendly. I will definitely remember their customer service the next time my truck needs new rubber.

Winona store - The guys are nice and knowledgeable. Pricey but the customer's service is very good here. Kyle is a very determined store manager.

Joe's Auto and Tire was great! They were flexible and got my car into their schedule at a time that was convenient for me to bring it in. They evaluated and returned my car to me in a timely manner. They were honest and provided a great explanation as to what would be the best thing to get my car back to its best condition. I would recommend Joe's Auto and Tire to those in and around the Winona area.
