I'm a contractor and as I contractor I have a job trailer I pull all over to do work. It's very difficult to just drop it off a go without equipment for a day so having the tires replaced became a chor. Called a few big name places in town here and they didn't have the tires I needed and would have to order them in but couldn't tell me when! Another place didn't even know the load rating on the tires they were selling me ( marked right on the tire). Called joes and they made it happen same day! Pulled trailer right into the lot and they replaced all 4 in about a half hour! That's service!

Kyle and his crew go the extra mile that is for sure! This business truly cares about their customers! Amazing group of people! My father saw how well they took care of me and he will be bringing his business to Joe’s Auto and Tire as well. They don’t just fix the problem and send you on your way, they thoroughly explain it to you. I won’t buy tires anywhere else!

Service was quick, they were able to get my car in the day after I called and I got my vehicle back within a couple of days. They provide a lot of documentation and description for anything they quote. Good customer service.

Excellent customer service, I had some issues with my repair on my VW bug but Joe called me personally, apologized, and offered me a full refund as soon as he heard about the issue. Everyone is professional and curteous. Will be returning in the future for basic services.

I walked in today (without an appointment) because I had an unusual light on my dashboard and I didn't know what it meant. The lady who worked at the front desk was very nice and went right away to get a tech guy from the back. He came out (Tony maybe?) and looked at my car. He knew what the light meant right away (it meant that there was a taillight out. ) He went back inside and got a screw driver. He then replaced the light bulb right away for me. He did not even charge me for labor, just the bulb. He was so kind, and I felt relieved walking out of there as the problem was fixed so quickly. I would definitely recommend Joe's Auto and Tire as they truly care about their customer's satisfaction and they take time with each customer. Spectacular service!

Our 20 year old son lives and attends college in Winona. We were concerned about him finding a good shop for him to bring his truck to. He has had some terrific service at Joe's - from oil changes to changing spark plugs. They stand by their work and even bring him to work and pick him up when the truck is done. It sure gives us peace of mind to know there is a reliable, honest place for him to work with. Thank you.

They do a good job of making sure your car is in tip top shape and is road worthy. I got my breaks fixed for under $600 dollars. Any where else would have charged me $1000. For a full service auto I think they do a good job.
