The honesty and integrity of Joe’s and the shop manager Stephan surpassed anything I have experienced as a vehicle owner in over 40 yrs. The detailed inspection with pictures of issues found provided was excellent. Stephan was very patient and happy to answer my questions and explain things I didn’t understand. The 24 month/24,000 mile warranty on most new parts and labor is exceptional. With the new off road/on road tires and work they did recently my 20 yr old Jeep has never been is such fantastic shape in the 7 yrs I have had it!! Honesty, integrity and dedication to doing quality work they stand behind fully. That has been my experience with Joe’s. Thank you, gentlemen!

Professional, fast, courteous! I was convinced I needed a new tire installation, but was pleasantly surprised to find out I only needed a replacement stem! Turn around time was pretty quick and they did a wonderful job. I’m glad I went to Joe’s. I’m from out of town and live in Chicago, but if you find yourself in Rochester with some auto-repair issues, bring your vehicle to Joe’s.
