We had car issues on our way from SD to Wisconsin. We pulled off the highway and called AAA. AAA recommended Joe’s. Joe’s was courteous. They weren’t able to look at the car that day but promised to first thing in the morning. They were quick and efficient and was able to pinpoint the issue and fixed the car to get us on our way by noon. Thanks Joe’s!

Im not business jack *** go search frantically in your records and go find it. I had them replace my timing belt and tensioner. But it started slipping and making noise every time I turned. I brought it back in, and they said, "Those just get loose from driving after a while." That's when I knew they were crooks. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKE. They replaced it the day before and didn't tighten it properly. I would only recommend this place to your worst enemies.

I wasn't able to get our vehicle in to be serviced locally so I decided to check out Joe's Auto & Tire. The reviews were excellent & I was impressed the minute I walked in the door. The staff was incredible, they are quick to communicate & send you a text with a detailed report while working on your car so you can see exactly what they are doing. I was able to use the wifi & complete some work while they worked on our vehicle. Joe's Auto & Tire definitely provides top-notch automotive services & we would highly recommend this repair shop!
