Very detailed, prompt and used email/text to keep me updated. I probably spent a little more than your average garage, but I felt confident that they did a good job without doing unnecessary work.

I am over the moon and totally in love with Joe's Auto & Tire. The inspection process is so thorough and the report is easy to read so I know exactly what I need to have fixed. I love that the inspection report has photos, videos, and categorizes the level of priority to have the issue fixed. The mechanic I had for 20 plus years is no longer available to work on my vehicle but I have found a new home for my vehicle to be taken care of for the next 20 plus years. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a reasonable, transparent, honest, and affordable mechanic to try Joe's Auto and Tire. You will not be disappointed and may keep them like I am for the next 20 plus years!

My car stalled on Friday late morning so the tow truck took it to Joe's Tire and Auto (recommended by AAA dispatcher). They got back to me this morning and I was able to pick up my car tonight. It still needs some work, and I will take it back.

I had gone to previous shops and never got the thorough care that this shop gives. They provide photos of your vehicle and have a friendly attitude. They were able to fix up my car and give me updates whenever I called. I appreciated how communicative they were as well as personable - this is my new auto shop.

Needed new tires and a alignment for my vehicle. Also a oil change and had them look over my vehicle to make sure it didn’t need anything other work done. I was emailed a report with pictures and details after they checked it over! I was happy with the last set of tires I had put on a different vehicle. The staff is always friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable to answers all questions one would have for them.

This is THE MOST HONEST auto store I have dealt with. You don’t get this type of service anywhere. Never try to tell me things I need that I don’t. Very refreshing. No matter how busy they are, and boy are they busy, they ALWAYS take their time with you and always friendly. We don’t take our vehicles anywhere else since finding Joes. I think it’s been 7 years now.

I needed snow tires and wanted some that had to be ordered. Joes was very helpful and got the ones I wanted. Installation was easy and they have a shuttle if needed. They are all friendly and helpful. They are trustworthy and stand behind their work. Joes is great and I highly recommend them. I worked at two dealerships and we always used Joes for special order tires. I’ve worked with them for almost 10 yrs and nothing but great service!
