Really great experience! Kyle, the manager, was working with the majority of the customers and he is very friendly, flexible, and knowledgeable. I only came in for an oil change, but when you do so, they also check your car for any other problems. They then create a report that shows everything great, good, okay, and bad with your car. The things that could or need to be fixed are filed in order of importance, have individual estimates of the cost to fix, and include pictures showing why the fixing is recommended. Kyle also did explain each individual thing to me in person. When I was finished up, he gave me a hard copy of the report he made as well as sent a pdf to my email, in case I lost my hard copy. I will definitely be going back to Joe's for future car maintenance because they are one of the only places here in Winona that I trust.

Joe's Auto & Tire in Winona was awesome! They did great work. I called them with some problems on my car and they got me in right away. They did great work at a very reasonable price. I have had to go to Joe's Auto and Tire twice now while I have been at college and they have always been very accommodating and friendly. Kyle at the front desk was very patient and went above and beyond to communicate with both my dad and I about the issues my car was having. I highly recommend this place!

Kyle and Bree are great and are attentive towards the needs of the customer. I brought multiple vehicles and coordinating transportation and repairing my vehicles in a timely fashion really made this easy. Kyle even put all my rebate information for parts used together so all I had to do was mail it.

I had new tires put on there and have been running great ever since and I brought my truck in because it was having some problems shaking and they did a full diagnostic test on it and found what was wrong with it and found some other minor things that needed fixing that other shops or dealerships would have just looked over that could have caused me serious problems if they would have went unattended. Their service is outstanding they email you a list everything they tested and they show you what's wrong with it and even show you pictures just so you know they arnt pulling your chain. I give them a 4 star rating because they fixed everything and got it back to me the same day and if they even called me twice that day just to give me updates on my truck and from now on I won't take my truck anywhere but there. Thank You Joe's Auto and Tire!!!
