Impressive service all around. All service needs have been explained with great detail. Prices are comparable to other places and even had them match quotes from another service center. Highly recommend this place out of all the other automotive care centers that I have gone to in Rochester over the past 10years.

In town for medical Appts @ Mayo n low tire sensor came on. The guys at Joe's were super friendly, helpful, and fit me right in! I'd definitely recommend this place! Had a flat on my snowblower halfway through my driveway, stopped into Joe's and they fixed my tire on the spot even though the shop was full. They were fast, courteous and very friendly. I will definitely remember their customer service the next time my truck needs new rubber.

Every time we need services on our vehicles, we get top notch service & are usually able to get into one of the shops within a day or two! They're more than accommodating with our schedules. They take great care of our vehicles & are always going above & beyond! And of course, we get the best tire services in town :)!!! I wouldn't think twice about suggesting to people to come to any of Joe's locations in Rochester or Winona! THANK YOU GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!

Winona store - The guys are nice and knowledgeable. Pricey but the customer's service is very good here. Kyle is a very determined store manager.

Joe's Auto and Tire was great! They were flexible and got my car into their schedule at a time that was convenient for me to bring it in. They evaluated and returned my car to me in a timely manner. They were honest and provided a great explanation as to what would be the best thing to get my car back to its best condition. I would recommend Joe's Auto and Tire to those in and around the Winona area.
