My experience at Joe’s Auto and Tire was excellent. I found them to be knowledgeable, thorough, genuine, and trustworthy. They fix what needs fixing and they communicate the issues very well. They are an auto shop you can trust. Big shout out to Zach who was amazing through the whole process.

Anyone can fix a vehicle and be technically accurate (what needs to be done, no more, efficiently and cost effectively-getting it done). What separates Joe's (Civic Center Dr., Rochester) is the little things, the details: they gave me a ride home, they picked me up, the lobby was clean and cool, the service advisor didn't take down to me (or over me), the courtesy ride driver was pleasant to talk to as well. Their reputation is strong and it came with two recommendations from different co-workers of mine.

I've been using Joe's Auto services for the past few years and am very pleased with level of service and honesty of staff members, who've guided me through maintaining my vehicles without needing to taken on senseless car payments.
