I was traveling on a family vacation and had a tire problem. Found this place online and stopped in. Kelly Utesch greeted me and handled everything. Got me and my family back on the road safely and quickly. Very professional and very polite, this was the best place to have had tire trouble.

Thank you Miss Kelly for everything you do for us women at Joe's. I grew up in both a family and environment where men take advantage of women when it comes to cars and my experience with Joe's has been anything but. As a AAA member as well as a first time car owner, I can trust Kelly (and Joe's) and depend on her to take care of my baby. I have had only the best of experiences at Joe's Auto and Tire in Rochester and I can not tell enough people about it. Thank you for everything y'all do.

On my journey to Mayo I got a warning light that my tire was low on air pressure. I pulled into to Joes auto in Winona. I was greeted by a young man that was more than willing to help. He checked all 4 of my tires leaving air out of 2 and put air in the others. He went above and beyond and extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. A big thank you to Joes Auto!!!!
