I needed an oil change, serpentine belt replacement, new battery, etc, and Joe's was exceptional. I've gotten new tires here in the past and had a great experience and the same was true for today. Everything took a while to do and they went out of their way to help me make arrangements to get to an appointment while the work was being done (it took a little longer than we thought because my car needed more help). I plan to drive my car for as long as possible, and Joe's helps me feel confident that I'm taking the best care of it I can. They were also helpful in accommodating my very crazy schedule. Thanks!

I came to Joe's Auto to get my A/C fixed and figure out the cause of my check engine light being on. I dealt with Charlie and he was very friendly and helpful. Went beyond and made arrangements for me to be able to pick up my vehicle after hours and offered to let me use his own if I needed to. Did a great job meeting all of my needs and checking into the engine light issues as I requested.

Great experience--I love the detailed inspection reports (with pictures) that get emailed to me. Much better than the other places that come back with a list of things they want you to fix leaving you to wonder whether you're getting scammed or not. At Joe's, I see exactly what they're talking about and I get a copy. Thanks!
