Able to get my car in to shop within a reasonable amount of time. Friendly, knowledgable staff. Everything explained to me with images taken of the actual places on my car that required or could use some work. Has a shuttle service -- two thumbs up!! Would recommend this place to others and am already planning to come back for more work to be done on my car.

The customer service guys are great! The service was fast, and they explained everything to me. I really appreciated that they walked me through everything that needed to be done with my vehicle. Nick was a great mechanic and I would recommend him to everyone.

Impressive service all around. All service needs have been explained with great detail. Prices are comparable to other places and even had them match quotes from another service center. Highly recommend this place out of all the other automotive care centers that I have gone to in Rochester over the past 10years.

If you have to get auto work done, this is a good place for it

Every time we need services on our vehicles, we get top notch service & are usually able to get into one of the shops within a day or two! They're more than accommodating with our schedules. They take great care of our vehicles & are always going above & beyond! And of course, we get the best tire services in town :)!!! I wouldn't think twice about suggesting to people to come to any of Joe's locations in Rochester or Winona! THANK YOU GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!

The guys at Joe's Auto & Tire are fantastic! I made an appointment this Saturday to get new tires and I couldn't have had a better experience. I walked in and was greeted immediately by Charlie and they got my car in and out in under an hour. Everyone was friendly, the place was clean, and they are honest about what your vehicle needs. I would recommend these guys to anyone!
