I had a wonderful experience here! As a woman, I'm always on guard and making sure i'm not getting taken advantage of because of my gender or lack of car knowledge, but from the moment I walked in, I felt respected and listened to. They repaired my flat tire and changed my oil at a very reasonable price, and then suggested I wait to buy new tires until after winter to reduce wear and tear which I appreciated greatly. I will be coming back!!

Had our CRV in for an oil change and an issue with our AC. The diagnosed and fixed the AC problem and were in communication the entire time. Also suggested other Maintenace that was recommended. We did some and will take it back for the other items next month. Excellent customer service and not pushy about the items they recommended. Very satisfied with the entire experience.

I've been going to Joe's ever since I got my license 12 years ago and they have always been the best. They are friendly and helpful and never try to sell you on anything unnecessary. They offer a wonderful inspection service with every oil change providing pictures to you and a clear break down of what is good and what needs to be fixed if anything. I have never been dissatisfied with my services with Joe's and I recommend that if you are looking for a good place to bring your vehicle and not get swindled Joe's is the place to go.

Bad experience. I went for an oil change before taking it it didn’t throw oil then they gave it to me and now it throws oil

On a cross-country trip in our Class B RV and had alignment issue that needed immediate attention having trashed 2 tires. Zach was able to squeeze me in the next morning, and when they found worn tie-rod ends they STILL could get the parts, install 2 tires, alignment it up and have us rolling again by 2 PM. Great place, and yes, they have an alignment rack that can handle a 9000+ lb. Sprinter based RV!
