Auto tech myself, from out of town, joes was flexible for my needs and fast, unlike another tire shop called quick lane which I didn’t have a good experience with, the guy at the desk is also pretty funny.

I'm up from TX visiting so I had a hard time finding someone that could work on my truck with no notice. Zack got me in the same day too work on my problem. They also did an outsourcing of the vehicle and degree additional work, but did not push for the service to be completed. Honestly if I had more time I would've let them do it. The tech was super friendly and Zack chatted with me for a while as I waited for the truck to be finished. If I need anything done while visiting again I won't hesitate to bring it here

1 star for the customer service before the work was done, great. 1 star for getting the work done in a timely manner, great. 1 star for informing me of other issues that need focus, great. 1 star lost for using zip ties where broken bolts should have been bored out and replaced and also leaving my brake lines hanging above the rear diff instead of screwing the bracket into place which in turn leaves the brake lines just hanging in the rear. I called in to inform the reps to let the tech know in the future don't use zip ties where bolts are needed and the rear brake lines weren't secured along with mix&matched bolts. I didn't want a refund or anything done besides passing along the message to the tech though I was given a bunch of reasons of why their tech didn't do that but whoever worked on the car did. We'll, that someone is me and I KNOW my truck. 1 star lost. This is where my company takes its fleet vehicles and I am unsure if I want these excuses in our company trucks. Who wants heavy duty vehicles being fixed with zip ties.
