My Jeep Wrangler stopped working on a Sunday. I had looked up shops around Rochester, MN to take my car to. I saw that Joe’s had good reviews and people seemed pleased overall. I had my car dropped off on a Monday knowing they wouldn’t be able to look at it till Tuesday. It took an entire week and weekend for them to get it fixed. I was told that the shop had tried to call but my phone didn’t work. Yet, they were able to leave voice messages and text. They got it done, better communication on there part would be nice.
Sergey, we apologize for the communication problems. We always need customer approval before completing any repairs. The car was scheduled in for the 25th, it was looked at and diagnosed same day. we left 2 voice messages after and never received a response, on the 28th we text you at 1:16 pm and got a response at 5:40pm after we had closed. We are here Monday- Friday from 7:30 am - 5:30 pm and answer our phones, reply to emails, and have a dedicated texting service. I am not sure why you were not getting our messages. We definitely had the vehicle in and diagnosed and ready for repair the same day it was scheduled. Thank you for choosing us and hopefully we can earn the opportunity again. Joe
