This was my 3rd time of choosing Joe's Auto &Tire when needing attention for my vehicle. I ask alot of questions and like things explained to me so that I understand what is wrong or what is needed. The service is great in communication. I have never felt any questions weren't good ones, any of the 3 times of service. I like that preventative care options are part of diagnostics and discussed. Always presenting in order of importance for this care. I had brought my vehicle in for battery charge issue and noise in the front end. The battery drain was simply a charger I had installed for my phone. It drew charge constantly, draining my battery. The noise was needing front breaks. Preventative care of new brake fluid also made sense. Joe's Auto goes above the standard service with maintenance that helps keep your vehicle repairs less costly down the road. Ty for great service and friendly atmosphere.

I rolled in unannounced with a simple request to get a rusted bolt out so I could swap my license plate. As it's a busy shop, I had to leave my car and they said they would work me in. Here's the thing about my car...it's 14 years old with 260k miles. It has made various noises for years and the mechanics I brought them up with kind of shrugged their shoulders and said "we couldn't find anything, it's probably just an old car." Well, when the techs at Joe's drove my car into the garage, they heard it too. I got a phone call about it and they asked if they could take a look, suspecting both my tensioner pulley and possibly my power steering. I brought up another unsolved issue, a loud noise that shook the back of my car on tight slow turns. They promised to check it out. I got no fewer than 4 phone calls in the following days communicating what issues they found, the risks of ignoring them, and the cost to fix them. They also discussed other things that were checked and stated "You don't need this now but will in a few oil changes, this is fine, etc" showing me they werent just upselling me on services. I ended up approving about $1k in expected work (4 new tires + oil change) and $2k in repairs for SO MANY THINGS that have been bothering me for years. They also managed to complete this unexpected work in under a week (over labor day weekend to boot). When I started my car up, it was running quieter and smoother than I've heard it in a long time. Oh, and the power steering was absolutely going out, the improved difference in how it drives now is stark. While not the cheapest mechanic I've ever tried, their work is priced to balance value with quality and speed. Plus, let's face it, those "cheaper" places never figured it out. I plan to bring my wife's car in next for its chronic, unsolved issues.

I had a wonderful experience here! As a woman, I'm always on guard and making sure i'm not getting taken advantage of because of my gender or lack of car knowledge, but from the moment I walked in, I felt respected and listened to. They repaired my flat tire and changed my oil at a very reasonable price, and then suggested I wait to buy new tires until after winter to reduce wear and tear which I appreciated greatly. I will be coming back!!

Had our CRV in for an oil change and an issue with our AC. The diagnosed and fixed the AC problem and were in communication the entire time. Also suggested other Maintenace that was recommended. We did some and will take it back for the other items next month. Excellent customer service and not pushy about the items they recommended. Very satisfied with the entire experience.

So far good. The counter reception service was good. THe work was done within the allotted time frame and appears to be fine. I will give an update as I add miles to the Sprinter.
