Traveling through town and had a flat. Joe's was quick, personable and reasonably priced. They got me back on my way without hassle!

We know flat tires never happen at a convenient time, so we’re glad we could get you back on the road quickly and hassle-free. Love these guys! Reliable, honest and reasonable prices. Always give me updates, texts and information. Sent me photo's (as shown) and full explanation of everything that was needed, with prices before doing the work. Even gave me a ride home. I have had three vehicles taken care of over the years, and always received prompt and good service. From oil changes to tires, and more complicated jobs, they always deliver in a timely manner. They were voted best auto shop in Rochester for 2024, well deserved!

Had new tires put on I scheduled an appointment for Friday, just happened to be the day that they were closing early for their CHRISTMAS PARTY (2pm).I dropped off my truck in the morning and received a call that the truck was complete around 1:30. That’s good service PEOPLE.Thanks to Joe and staff super great people.
