We used Joe's for an alignment on our sons car. They got it in quickly and provided great communication regarding an issue they found and did not pressure us to fix right away.

Had my winter tires mounted and balanced. Alignment too. Work was done properly and reasonably. Would 100% use them again or recomend

My daughter went in to get a wheel noise on her 08 Buick looked at and called me crying because the service writer said there was $5,000 worth of repairs necessary to be safe??? They told me the wheel noise is a motor mount??? I am confident my regular mechanics would've noticed if that was the case. She's very proud of her older car because it is a quality vehicle with a top quality engine. Here in South Dakota most people know that the quality of the car is not based on the amount of new parts and fluids it has. The $157 diagnostic fee was also not appreciated after scaring her with the over-dramatic diagnosis.
